Galaxy Tab A7 Lite: Google unveils the technical sheet of the Samsung tablet
The Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, Samsung’s next affordable tablet, continues to unveil itself. A few weeks before the announcement, Google mistakenly unveiled the partial technical sheet of the terminal. The leak also confirms the imminent arrival of the tablet on the market.
A few weeks ago, a leak by Evan Blass lifted the veil on the complete design of the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, Samsung’s mid-range tablet. The tablet is built around a screen surrounded by wide borders and has a unique photo sensor on the back.
More recently, the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite appeared in the Google Play Console database, the platform allowing developers to publish an Android application. It is not uncommon for the platform to reveal information on the technical sheet of a smartphone or tablet shortly before the official presentation.

According to the database, the tablet will be offered in WiFi version and in 4G LTE version. The Tab A7 Lite is powered by a chipset MediaTek Helio P22T, a chip reserved for mid-range terminals. Samsung supports the processor with 3 GB of RAM and a PowerVR GE8320 GPU. Finally, the leak reveals an 800 × 1340 display resolution.
Software side, the Tab A7 Lite runs on Android 11, the latest version of the mobile OS, accompanied by the Samsung overlay, One UI 3. According to information already unveiled by Evan Blass, autonomy is entrusted to a 5100 mAh battery. For now, we do not know more about the technical sheet of the Samsung touch screen.
The appearance of the Tab A7 Lite in the database confirms the imminent announcement of the tablet. The latest news is that Samsung will announce the Tab A7 Lite during the month of June 2021. During the presentation, the Seoul giant should also lift the veil on the Galaxy Tab S7 Lite, another tablet whose positioning is a little more premium. It is notably compatible with 5G and includes a Snapdragon 750G SoC, a Qualcomm chipset engraved in 8 nm, coupled with 4/6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage, and a 7000 mAh battery compatible with fast wired charging of 15W.
