In its paper, Google also specifies that a patch will be deployed in the coming weeks for the Clock application. Indeed, we have mentioned in our columns problems with the alarm of the Pixel Watch, which simply rings late. Visibly, the manufacturer is working on resolving this issue.
Finally, and better late than never as the saying goes, Google is finally integrating fall detection on its Pixel Watch. The Mountain View company had confirmed the arrival of this functionality at the beginning of March.
In the event of a fall by the user, the watch will check the user’s status after 30 seconds of immobility and will automatically contact emergency services after one minute. When a fall is detected, a menu will appear on the screen from which you can ask for help or, on the contrary, declare that you are well. This feature can be activated in the Personal Safety application.
