Design, technical characteristics, release date and price, we take stock of everything we know about the latest smartwatches from the Shenzhen firm.
Huawei Watch GT 3 Pro 46 mm: the premium watch par excellence
We therefore begin this overview with the Huawei Watch GT 3 Pro 46mm. fully composed titanium and sporting a large 46 mm dial Protected by a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, this watch with its resolutely premium design and functionality is intended above all for demanding and wealthy users looking for a luxury product.
As a dial, Huawei has opted for a 1.43″ AMOLED Color Screen touch screen in high definition. Regarding connectivity, we obviously find support for the Bluetooth, NFC and GPS functions. Users will then be able to rely on on-board speakers and a microphone to make voice calls without having to take out their smartphone. The good surprise that Huawei has in store for us is at the level of autonomy. The manufacturer promises 14 days of autonomy on the Watch GT Pro 46 mm.
This estimate is based on “typical daily usage”, which includes 30 minutes of Bluetooth calls per week, 30 minutes of music playback, heart tracking on, 90 minutes of sports activities with GPS on and message notifications activated (50 SMS, 6 calls, and 3 alarms per day) and a screen lit 200 times per time on average. Be aware that the watch will run under Harmony OS 2.0 and that it will be compatible with smartphones running Android 6.0 or iOS 9.0 at least.

We find on this Huawei GT 3 Pro 43mm the vast majority of the health monitoring and sports performance features of the 46mm model. However, it marks its difference with a more compact design, materialized by this 43mm dial and this rather elegant white ceramic covering. According to Huawei, this connected watch is intended above all for a female audience, seduced by a smartwatch that can be worn on any occasion.
Inevitably, the screen displays smaller dimensions than its premium counterpart, with a 1.32″ AMOLED Color Screen panel only, it too protected by a sapphire coating. All the sensors mentioned above are also included. The only downside, it will be necessary to deal with a significantly lower autonomy than that of the Watch GT Pro 46mm, with here 7 days on the clock. However, this is still quite sufficient. Note that like its big sister, the Watch GT Pro 43mm is IP68 certifiedthat is to say that it is protected against splashes and immersion up to 1.5 m deep.
