Torchlight: Infinite, a mobile RPG soon to be tested
Following the PC game Frontiers whose development had been revised downwards, the Torchlight: Infinite mobile game was announced by Chinese company XD Inc. in the context of the event ChinaJoy 2020. The Torchlight franchise unveiled its association with Perfect World for its new series on Android and iOS. Not surprisingly, since the latter also own the intellectual property of the Torchlight games.
Recently, the CEO of XD Inc., Liu Heng, confirmed the rumors about the beta tests of his new protégé. Indeed, according to him, the Torchlight: Infinite tests will begin in this end of year 2021 for users in China. This promises more specifically a testing phase for next October.
Following the first tests of this opus, we should see more clearly on the gameplay and the overall story. We already know that the game will offer a Diablo-like experience since that is the DNA of Torchlight. Thanks in particular to the extensive and flexible character customization and explosive gameplay.
Already attractive gameplay on mobile
For the moment, the game offers gameplay at 3 heroes. They will therefore constitute your shock team. Well, according to the producer, there is a good chance that the game will evolve following the testers reviews. But it looks like Torchlight: Infinite is planning 24 pools of passive capacities with 60 capacities in each and 180 skills available. The heroes will therefore be Rehan, Gemma and Carino. Two warriors and a mage.
Another known subtlety, Infinite will not have no PvP mode. However, the game still has a multiplayer dimension with its cooperation mode optional. You can also find:
