IPhone 13 Could Benefit From 25 Watts Fast Charging

MacRumors claims that the iPhone 13 would be compatible with the recharge of 25 Watts. A not so fast recharge which is not a big step forward compared to the iPhone 12, compatible with the 20 Watt recharge. Apple therefore seems to be staying the course in this segment.

Apple should still sell its charger separately

According to the site, users will be able to use a more powerful third-party charger to take advantage of this fast charge or buy an Apple charger directly. We remind you, since the iPhone 12 chargers are no longer provided in the phone box. You have to pay 25 euros to get one of 20 Watts on the Apple Store. We can wait each other to a charger of 25 Watts at the same price.

Going from 20 to 25 Watts will not make a major change. We can even bet on the fact that the user will not see the difference. We could save a few minutes, more. Today, the various manufacturers rely on fast recharging to seduce. Note that Apple is not the only manufacturer to be late in this area, since this is also the case with Samsung, which offers a capacity of 25 Watts maximum on its Galaxy S21.
