Kinematics of set 6: launch of TFT Gadgets in madness
Since its arrival on the test servers the new TFT set has already generated a lot of ink. But it was about time it opened up to a wider audience. To celebrate the Gadgets Madness release yesterday, Riot Games released a cinematic trailer of set 6 incorporating a robot battle that you will easily recognize! Say goodbye to PBE servers and welcome to the live test of set 6 and its cutscene!
Gadgets Madness cinematic trailer for the release of the set
The Mad Gadgets set is a bit special: it introduces really new mechanics between the champions as well as on the background gameplay. Where the set brings more depth to TFT is obviously the hextech optimization dimension. Optimizations are available in phases 1-4,3-3 and 4-5. Each of these phases offers you a choice between optimizations that are unique to this level or shared between the three phases. Discover the results of this robot fight from the cinematic trailer of set 6!
Coming back to the Mechanics of Hextech Augments, this can considerably boost or reduce the performance of a composition. The Optimizations are represented by the blue objects picked up by the small legend in the kinematics of set 6 Crazy gadgets above. Thanks to them, you can for example boost a single type of hero. Or focus on obtaining gold and the versatility of your team. The proposed optimizations (3 in number) may vary from one player to another. Moreover, you can also consult the optimizations chosen by your opponents. This allows you to learn from their successes… or their failures!
