Relic Strike early access available on Android
Want an easy-to-play portrait mode roguelike? So let me introduce you to theRelic Strike early access on Android, the new Archero-like from Square Enix. Let’s find out together our first impressions of the game, as well as how to download it without going through the Google Play Store.
An Archero-like with gacha components
In this Relic Strike early access, we discover a story mode divided into many levels. Each of them has a series of rooms populated by various monsters to defeat by alternating between your 3 heroes before moving on to the next room.
To the end of each roomyou have to choose between 3 bonuses, which can improve your attack speed, regain health, double your attacks and many more. In addition to this, other random bonuses will unlock based on the levels you unlock during your run.
To improve your heroes permanently, you can equip them with weapons and pieces of armor collected during your games. Plus, even if you fail in the middle of a level, you still collect the rewards you’ve collected so far, allowing you to come back stronger.
Just like the games on which it is based, such as Archero or Arcade Hunter, the early access Relic Strike gameplay is very easy to handle. In fact, you have a one and only button which you use to move your characters. To attack, you just have to stop your movement.
