TFT patch 12.23: the new features of set 8

Guard Break	In TFT patch 12.23, the Guard Break item replaces the Banshee’s Claw and grants a 20% damage and 20 ability power bonus. When the bearer attacks an enemy with a shield, the unit’s attacks and spells deal 30% more damage for 3 seconds.
blue buff	The item now gives 10 starting mana and 15 ability power. It also reduces the unit’s max mana by 10. When the bearer participates in an elimination less than 3 seconds after casting a spell, he recovers 10 mana.
Last breath	10% attack speed bonus changed to 10% base attack damage due to BF Glaive item change in TFT patch 12.23.
Precious Gauntlet	The object now gives 15% power and 15% critical hit chance, in addition to allowing spells to be able to inflict critical damage.
Thief’s Gloves	With the Training Gloves modification, the item loses its 10% dodge chance bonus, but its critical strike chance is increased from 10% to 40%.

Protector’s Vow	The item now offers 15 starting mana. When the wearer first drops below 40% of their maximum HP, they gain a shield of 25% of their maximum HP for 5 seconds, as well as a bonus of 35 armor and magic resistance for up to the end of the fight.
