TFT Patch 13.1c: Set 8 Trait Changes
Despite patch 13.1 and 13.1b fixes, Riot failed to balance meta TFT and decided to replace the 13.2 patch release with the TFT patch 13.1c in order to move forward on a sound basis. It is especially at the level of the champions that this TFT patch 13.1c brings changes, with a lot of buffs, like Ashe and Zed who receive a second consecutive buff, Bel’Vethwhose spell is improved after the nerf of the previous patch.
