The iPhone 15 Pro would finally have physical buttons, Apple

The iPhone 6 Plus will soon be officially obsolete
The iPhone 6S Plus will soon be considered old by Apple. Before long, the old flagship of the brand will be relegated to the category of obsolete devices. It will then be completely deprived of repairs.
The iPhone 6 Plus, Apple’s flagship smartphone in 2014, is about to bow out. According to an internal memo obtained by our colleagues at MacRumors, the Cupertino giant is preparing to place the old flagship on the official list of old products. It will join devices already considered old by Apple, such as the iPhone 4 (8 GB), iPhone 4S, iPhone 4S (8 GB), iPhone 5 and iPhone 5C.
“The products are considered old when Apple ceased marketing more than five years ago and less than seven years ago”, explains Apple. This is a final step before Apple slips a device into a category dedicated to obsolete phones. The iPhone 6, marketed for an additional year, is not yet affected by this change.

IPhone 6 Plus will soon be deprived of repair
Once placed in the list of old devices, iPhone 6 Plus will continue to be supported by Apple Stores and Apple Authorized Service Centers. Apple teams will continue to allow repair or change of a component, like the battery or the screen, subject of course that the parts are still available. In view of the rules issued by Apple, the iPhone 6 Plus should remain in this section for two years.
Once these two years have passed, the first large-format iPhone will be moved to the obsolete terminals section, alongside the iPhone 4 and iPhone 3GS. “The products were considered obsolete when Apple ceased marketing more than seven years ago. Apple no longer performs hardware repairs on obsolete products, with the exception of Mac laptops eligible for battery-only repair for an additional period. Apple Authorized Service Centers cannot order spare parts for obsolete products ”, Apple explains.
The iPhone 6 Plus will then be officially obsolete. Note that the iPhone 6 Plus is already obsolete from a software point of view since September 2019 and the rollout of the iOS 13 update. Are you still using a model launched in 2014? We await your testimony in the comments.
