The OnePlus Nord 3 should be equipped with a 120 Hz AMOLED screen, finally
The OnePlus Nord 3 is starting to get talked about and today, it is these technical characteristics that are at the center of attention. It should have an AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, correcting one of the flaws of the previous model.
The OnePlus Nord 3 is expected to arrive in the coming months. Of course, it is already starting to leak before its official announcement. A leaker claims to know all the technical details of the product.
Gadgetsdata indeed gives the OnePlus Nord 3 sheet on Twitter. As we can see, he claims that the terminal should be equipped with a 6.5-inch AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. This is a notable change from the OnePlus Nord 2 released in 2021, which was limited to 90 Hz.
OnePlus Nord 3 Specifications (rumoured):
• 6.5″ FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED
• 50MP OIS + 8MP + Useless
• 32MP selfie
• 100W charging
• 4500mAh or 5000 mAh battery
• Mediatek Dimensity 8100 Max or Dimensity 8200
There is a leak saying it’ll have 1.5K display, that is not correct

The OnePlus Nord 3 has everything to be a flagship mid-range smartphone
For the rest, Gadgetsdata says the terminal should be equipped a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 Max or Dimensity 8200 SoC (the Nord 2 had a Dimensity 1200 AI), a 4500 or 5000 mAh battery as well as 100 Watt fast charging.
OnePlus Nord 2 test: a brilliant smartphone in line with the previous one
For the camera part, it seems similar to that of the Nord 2 with a main sensor of 50 megapixels as well as a second of 8 megapixels. Fun fact, the third is described as “useless”, it should be the 2 megapixel monochrome sensor already present on the Nord 2. The selfie camera would be 32 Megapixels. A spec sheet that looks very attractive on paper and which could make the Nord 3 the new king of mid-range phones, as was the Nord 2 before it.
In another tweet, Gadgetsdata clarified that OnePlus should not release OnePlus 11 Pro or OnePlus 11T. On the other hand, the Chinese brand could choose to launch its first folding phone in the third quarter of this year. If quality follows at a reasonable price, OnePlus could strike a blow in a market that is still inaccessible to many consumers.
Officially Confirmed ✅
OnePlus 11T and OnePlus 11 Pro will NOT launch.
I believe that upcoming OnePlus foldables, launching in Q3 2023, could be one of the reason for this decesion.
So, OnePlus 11R and OnePlus 11 are the 2 Flagships from OnePlus this year, except Fold phones!

Obviously, we will remain on the lookout for new leaks concerning the Nord 3 as well as on this future folding smartphone.
