NetEase today promise a worldwide release “during 2022” for the title to bring the magic of Hogwarts version 2.0 to mobile to the rest of the world. These duels may take the form of 1v1 but also 2v2, with your characters on the game board, in a TFT/gacha style. I can’t wait to see if the strategic dimension of gameplay really goes beyond fan service and extends the universe intelligently.

You will also multiply the different courses and explore the corners of Hogwarts during your stay at the school. To practice your spells, you can already train on Harry Potter Hogwarts Mystery.

If the game revolves around a base of deck building like many other TCGs, it also features other iconic elements of student life at Hogwarts. Among them, the game of Quidditch in cooperative mode is obviously king. The simulation is content with training matches but we all know that students do not take these confrontations lightly…

Outside of matches, you can also train at create potions that will serve as boosts or anti-boosts to your deck and even take Defense Against the Dark Arts courses. The title presents a complete plot and fairly classic cartoon graphics but very well integrated into the HP universe.
