The adventures of the game take place in Korea during the reign of the Joseon Dynasty. The story will include ten chapters of four stages at launch, which will cover the events of the first two seasons of the Netflix series.
Although other characters will be playable, the team only revealed the character of Lee Chang. This one will be equipped with its emblematic Hwando.
Visually, the Kingdom: The Blood trailer is ambitious. Particular attention has been paid to the behavior of korean traditional outfitswhether in movements or in degradation due to clashes.
Nevertheless, in order to make it accessible to as many players as possible, the configuration required to enjoy it in good conditions is the same as for Genshin Impact.
Now that we have discovered the first images in the Kingdom: The Blood trailerlet’s take stock of the information we have on the gameplay of the game.
The developers have hinted that they are fans of Soulslike like Dark Souls or more recently Elden Ring. Thus, the game will not integrate no automated movement to facilitate combat.
To fight, you will only have 3 keys : basic attacks, special attack and dodge. In addition to these checks, you will have to perform QTY to unlock stat boosts or to give your opponent the finishing blow.
In addition to the main story, several multiplayer game modes will be available, such as the mode Occupation, which will see players compete in short 5-minute games. The bravest among you will have the opportunity to take on higher difficulty challenges in the mode Breakthroughwhere the games will last an average of twenty minutes.
