Warzone Mobile gameplay: alpha leak
As the game has just entered its first phase of testing, let’s see together what we learned from the Warzone Mobile gameplay footage leaked. On the program: the layout of the buttons, the first version of the gulag and the return of Verdansk with some changes.
Warzone Mobile’s first gameplay footage
Following a leak of the closed alpha of Activision’s next Battle Royale, we were able to see the first gameplay footage of Warzone Mobilerecently formalized as Project Aurora.
This mobile port of Call Of Duty: Warzone is eagerly awaited by fans of the license, and more generally by mobile FPS enthusiasts. It’s no wonder, then, that information about him struggles to stay private.
It was on Twitter that the COD Warzone Mobile gameplay leaked. The footage has since been deleted at the request of the studio, but some of it may have been recorded before that.
On one of them, we can see a glimpse of theinterface. Note that the buttons are concentrated on the right side and at the bottom of the screen. Thus, the entire left part is left free to offer better visibility. In most other FPS, like Apex Legends Mobile or Battlefield Mobile, the map is located at the top left.
The Return of Verdansk and the Gulag
With those Warzone Mobile gameplay footagewe have confirmation of the presence of the city Verdansk, well known to COD Warzone players. However, according to dataminers, the map would not be identical to that of the console and PC versions. Indeed, if some places will be back, like Park, Farmland or Portothers will be completely new.
the Gulag will of course be back to allow players eliminated early in the game to return to the map if they win their duel. It will return moreover in its first form, that is to say in the showers of the prison.
If we don’t have a release date yet, we’ll probably get more images from Warzone Mobile gameplay in the coming weeks with the multiplication of invitations to participate in the alpha. At the moment, it is still not possible to register for the test phases.
