Windows 11 slows gaming performance with Ryzen processors

AMD and Microsoft have discovered two major issues with Windows 11 on Ryzen processors. The first is that Windows 11 can triple the latency of the L3 cache. According to AMD, this issue could cause performance to drop by 3-5% in most of the affected applications, while some games (AMD specifically mentions those ” commonly used for esports “) could experience performance declines of 10 to 15%.
