Amazon Appstore bugged on Android 12: users are starting to lose patience

So far, nearly 100 people have reported the issue on the Support Forum since October 25. And they are obviously much more likely to be victims of this major dysfunction, nearly 4000 Net surfers having in particular consulted the page of the forum, in search of a viable solution.

Two weeks ago, a moderator further reiterated thatAmazon was still tackling the problem : “Sorry to hear that you are all having the problem with Amazon Appstore on Android 12. Our technical team is aware of the problem. I checked and they are still working on its resolution ”.

For their part, users are impatient and surprised that compatibility with the Amazon Appstore has not been effectively tested during tests carried out before the arrival of the new operating system. Hopefully the issue will be resolved as quickly as possible. Note that the problems with Android 12 do not only affect the Amazon Appstore. Android 12 also causes big bugs in WhatsApp videos, with green bands appearing on footage for some users.
