Your trip to sumeru is just beginning as confirmed by the live version of Genshin Impact 3.1: King Deshret and the Three Magi. Since the September 28, 2022you can discover the desert part of Sumeru, which looks absolutely awe-inspiring in image and is a sequel to Genshin Impact 3.0’s jungle. Genshin Impact Update 3.1 Banners
Genshin Impact 3.1 promises new adventures for the less muscular! To complete them, we will once again have the possibility of summoning 4 5-star characters, 2 of which are new.
First part of patch 3.1
During the first part of Genshin Impact 3.1, you can try to summon Venti, the Archon Anemo and/or Cinoa 5 star character Electro, which promises enjoyable gameplay. His elemental rampage allows him to transform, Razor-style, to deal massive Electro damage.
They will both be accompanied by Candacea heroine Hydro 4 starscapable of generating shields.
Second part of patch 3.1
During the second part, you will have the possibility to unlock niloua 5 star heroine Hydro whom you have already had the opportunity to meet during the first part of the Archon of Sumeru quest! This will be played mainly in support and can boost the characters Hydro and Dendro.
At the same time, you will benefit from Albedo’s rerun, a great geo support inflicting off-screen area damage with his elemental skill.
New area of Sumeru: the desert
Genshin Impact: King Deshret and the Three Mages update 3.1 will unveil a brand new area within Sumeru: the desert part. This one was thought of as the total opposite of the lush jungle you were able to explore in patch 3.0.
This area is clearly inspired by Egypt and offers an environment that is exotic to say the least, but also hostile. You can also face two new bosses.
It is also within the desert of Sumeru that Archon’s quest continues with parts III and IV. If parts I and II had turned out to be quite calm, the sequel promises to be more epic and will mark above all the return of scaramouch !
Genshin Impact Update 3.1 Events
As usual, this new update of Genshin Impact will offer its share of events; a great opportunity to earn Primogems and other rewards.
Additionally, you should get a free Collei for completing theAbyss Stage 4. If you have already validated it, you will have it directly.
Ballads and Ambrosias: Genshin Impact Update 3.1 Main Event
Ballads and Ambrosias takes place in Mondstadt. You will be able to learn more about Razor’s past and meet a brand new character: Mike.
This event will be divided into 4 parts, you will be able to hunt boars, face enemies, manage a shop, but also open chests in Mondstadt.
The event will award a new 4-star weapon: the Seasonal Wind Spear.
Chasing the winds
Chasing the winds will then offer you dungeon glide challenges.
Journey in search of the stars
The wind Journey in search of the stars will, for its part, be more focused on exploration as well as recharging objects.
Hyakunin Ikki
Genshin Impact update 3.1 will also mark the return of the event Hyakunin Ikki. These are team fights with enchantments each time.
A new permanent game mode
We’ve been waiting for it for a long time: HoYoverse finally adds a new permanent activity in Genshin Impact. However, this is not really combat as one might expect, but a card game featuring RPG heroes! This game mode will be available from Genshin Impact update 3.3.
A Genshin Impact anime in the works
The card game was not the only surprise of this live presentation of 3.1 since HoYoverse also announced that a anime on Genshin Impact was in preparation. This is a collaboration with the studio Ufotablewho notably realized Demon Slayer.
We still don’t know anything about the release date, but given the images, it definitely makes you want to!
The gifts for the two years of Genshin Impact
September 28 will also mark the Genshin Impact second anniversary !
